Our processing time for orders is 1-2 business days. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped to you using standard shipping, which typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

If you require express shipping, please contact us prior to placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the shipping provider or other factors beyond our control.

Local Delivery is only available for Broken Hill residents. We will contact you to arrange a delivery time. If you require Click and Collect please contact us and we will arrange a time and place.

Return Policy:

We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, however, we will gladly offer a refund or replacement if the product is damaged or faulty upon arrival.
